Great Location and Friendly Service
convenient check-in friendly staff excellent location quiet street
The hotel had a very convenient 24-hour check-in service with friendly staff working overnight. The location was also excellent. It only took a few minutes to walk to St Pancras International. The street was very pretty and surprisingly quiet and the hotel look very smart. I found it super well organized, and very suitable for short overnight stay.
The pillows provided were too soft for my personal taste, but that is a very minor issue.

the location was close to kings cross station which was acceptable
my room was smaller than expected it was really difficult to move around the room i also noticed a damp smell upon arrival the bathroom was also tiny i found it hard to use the shower comfortably

The location prove perfect, just a stone's throw from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The room work well for a solo traveler like me. Staff were pleasant and helpful, always ready with a smile. Value for money.

small room paper walls
The room size was a joke. I seemed like i was in a glorified closet. and the noise levels were something else. Seemed like the walls were made of paper. every little sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms kept me up all night. also, the breakfast area was perpetually crowded. Finding a spot seemed like competing in the hunger games.

The location proved convenient with proximity to public transport. I also found the staff very helpful and accommodating . The room was recently refurbished and I found it very clean. I was able to store luggage upon departure which allowed me to explore the area further.

Location proved very convenient. I found the underground station nearby, along with many options for food. Staff were helpful at the reception area. The room was tidy on my arrival. The fan was a bonus since the weather was warm.
The stairs were steep. There wasnt a lift to use.
