great location tube station upper floors small room double bed little space
The hotel has a great location. It is located between two tube stations. An elevator goes to the upper floors (very convenient).
The room was small for a double bed. There was hardly any space to move. There was no room for the bedside table, which lost its purpose.

charmed by the location and cleanliness
cleanliness good view
i found the hotel was close to many landmarks i wanted to visit. the room was lovely and very clean i noted that housekeeping cleaned it daily . the room also had a good window view from the front.

The location was a major plus, just a short walk to Oxford Street, so getting around was easy. The staff at the reception desk were always available, providing assistance whenever needed. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom was a reasonable size. Luggage storage was available which was convenient.
The soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was noticeable.

There was no restaurant in the hotel. a breakfast place operating 24/7 was located just across the street. Another option available was a costly hotel that also offered breakfast on the opposite side of the street.

The size of the double bed was nice. A family of three could likely fit comfortably in one room. A kettle was provided. I found the room clean. The bathroom was also a good size.

The location was perfect. It provided access to the Underground. The British Museum was within easy reach. I found this convenient. The location was great! though the parking was expensive.

friendly staff private bathroom
the hotel staff are nice and helpful. i secured a double room with a private bathroom and i was actually surprised by the kettle. i could make tea whenever i wanted and that's a nice bonus for me.

The location suited my needs perfectly.
The front desk person was rude. She demanded my passport immediately without even a greeting. This initial interaction really soured the experience.

convenient stay near tottenham court road
great location clean room
The location is really convenient. it's close to the underground station (tottenham court road is just a minute away). the room was clean and well kept. It felt quite fresh even though the building has some age.
my room was warm. i could not open the window due to street noise, a bit bothersome.
