The location suited me perfectly, a comfortable distance from golders green (i could easily walk). They sorted it without fuss. the room was clean and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, and i was lucky to be on the first floor.
The checkout time of 10am felt a little early. It made the morning a bit rushed.

the hotel provides free parking, a huge plus for anyone driving. there is convenient access to public transport and many local shops near the premises, so the location is very practical. i found these amenities useful .

the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with any inquiries. the check-in process was smooth, and any questions or concerns were addressed swiftly and efficiently (i really appreciated that). this service was very helpful.

the room was larger than i expected it included a big comfortable double bed the bathroom featured beautiful tiling the staff were consistently friendly and cute they helped with any requests at any time housekeeping staff also asked if i needed anything else
the curtains did not close properly this meant light entered the room early each morning it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for light-sensitive sleepers

The location had convenient access to public transportation. A bus stop was right outside, very useful for getting around. The room was a good size and had a functional bathroom. I found free on-site parking to be convenient (spaces are limited, though).
I noticed very slight chipping on the flooring in the room.
