the location is awesome it's so close to victoria coach station. the staff was easy going and that was great. the service was good too
the room i stayed in was quite small also, it wasn't the cleanest i've ever seen. the fan didn't really help with the air so that wasn't ideal either

Charming Stay Near Victoria!

I found the staff to be very helpful with directions. The location is excellent with easy access to Victoria Station. I was charmed by its convenience. The provided breakfast had simple selections, yet I appreciated the availability of toast, cereal, and yogurt.
The stair carpet showed wear, made me a little nervous at times.

The room was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. Fresh towels were available and the room was supplied with soap, a kettle, and coffee.

the check-in process was super fast i found it easy. the hotel location is great with close access to restaurants and corner shops plus bus and train stations.
the breakfast room was very small i missed breakfast twice as i could not get in.

the location IS great with easy access to victoria station. my room included tea and coffee making facilities, which I found useful. The hotel clerk helped me find a taxi quickly.
the rug on the stairs needs replacement, it is quite old.
