The hotel's location next to the retail park proved super handy. I REALLY appreciated the clean bathroom with high-quality Dove toiletries. Breakfast was a practical meal, perfectly adequate for my needs.

I found a couple of things not so hot. first, i had to beg for extra pillows. Apparently, they ran out because of some 'gypos' the night before. i thought that was a really charming word to use with a paying customer? also, the hotel car park was closed, which they failed to mention when i booked. dragging my suitcase from the public car park wasn't the highlight of my trip.
