great location yummy breakfast friendly staff
The location was great. I appreciated easy walks to Paddington station. The breakfast offered a yummy start to each day. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
The road outside was quite noisy some nights.

The room was smaller than I expected. It was difficult to move around the bed. The shower had weak water pressure and inconsistent hot water. Breakfast was disappointing. The full English option had limited items that seemed precooked. There was no cutlery available initially and a knife was not provided upon request

i found the staff consistently helpful and available. the breakfast included a decent variety of items. the hotel is conveniently located near several key attractions, such as hyde park. the rooms were clean and well kept.
the lift was somewhat slow at times, i waited longer than expected on occasion.

the reception staff provided quick assistance with luggage storage and directions. staff members responded politely to inquiries and requests. they facilitated a smooth check-in and check-out process, also they addressed concerns quickly.

fantastic stay!
excellent location helpful service clean room convenient lift
this hotel has an excellent location near paddington station, it makes getting around the city super easy (believe me, i know!). the staff offered helpful service and were always available to assist with any questions i had. my room was very comfy and tidy. i had a quiet night's sleep. i also found the lift very convenient, especially after long days exploring.
i noticed very minor wear and tear in some areas.

the standard double room featured a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. the ensuite bathroom included fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. the room temperature was easily adjustable with the thermostat.
