The location was great. I appreciated easy walks to Paddington station. The breakfast offered a yummy start to each day. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
The road outside was quite noisy some nights.

Paddington station stood a short walk away, providing easy access to transportation. Hyde Park was also nearby. Many buses and the underground are just steps away, really convenient.

The room was smaller than I expected. It was difficult to move around the bed. The shower had weak water pressure and inconsistent hot water. Breakfast was disappointing. The full English option had limited items that seemed precooked. There was no cutlery available initially and a knife was not provided upon request

this hotel has an excellent location near paddington station, it makes getting around the city super easy (believe me, i know!). the staff offered helpful service and were always available to assist with any questions i had. my room was super clean and cozy. i had a quiet night's sleep.
i noticed very minor wear and tear in some areas.
