Convenient Stay Near Train Station

the breakfast had good value. there was a great selection of cooked items. parking was available on site. it was a two minute walk to train station.
the directions to our room from the bar area are not completely clear. we were not told to go down the corridor with 'toilets' above. we went around the restaurant in circles. we had to ask the waitress.

the hotel IS located directly opposite a train station. trains offer direct services to central london. there are also bus routes to other areas. this provides great access to other parts of town.

the room was pleasant and very clean. the bathroom was a good size, an improvement on most hotel bathrooms i've experienced. there was plenty of coffee and tea. biscoff biscuits. the room was also very quiet, which i appreciated after a long day.
The stairs going up to the bedrooms were not ideal. There was a step down right after a door, and i bruised my knee. i completed an accident report to prevent future incidents.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially when i needed assistance with directions. they were professional and seemed genuinely interested in. the check-in process was quick and efficient too.

the location was convenient for my travel needs, as it was near public transportation. the train station across the street made it easy to access central london. the immediate proximity to the train station was AMAZING!!!

the mattress was quite hard. it felt almost like sleeping on the floor. the provided pillows where not comfortable.

the room was great and comfortable. it was massive too. the staff was very lovely and location. breakfast was good too.
i didn't feel very welcomed and one of the managers are not very helpful or friendly. the bedding was heavely stained, the manager explained that the stains are clean as all bedding is pressure cleaned by a company. the access to the room and other facilities was terrible and impossible for me.

The location proved convenient. The carvery meal was good. I enjoyed the selection. The buffet breakfast offered great value. I appreciate the unlimited options. The bathroom was very clean. It met my expectations.
The wi-fi signal was weak, I had some trouble connecting! The staff was not particularly cute. The room lighting was inadequate. It, a little frustrating. The hotel only has steep stairs, which posed a challenge.

the room was very clean it had a large bathroom. i found comfortable beds. i appreciated the convenient location close to the train station. the hotel provides free parking that is a great benefit.
