an ok stay
perfect location resident cat broken outlets steep stairs
The location was pretty much perfect for what i needed. jacky, the resident cat, was also a definite bonus. I liked that a lot.
there weren't enough working outlets in the room for charging devices. i asked for them to be fixed, but nothing was done about it. also, there was no elevator, and the stairs were just impossible, with no help offered with luggage.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the free hot drinks available throughout the day (especially the coffee!).

The hotel's location provided convenient access to many points of interest. A tram stop right outside made getting around very easy for attractions. The room and the hotel overall were notably clean, which I liked.
The stairs were very narrow and steep, it was hard to carry luggage up them. I found that there weren't enough working outlets in the room, and I needed to charge my devices. The bedside light was broken in the room.
