The location provides quick access to the city center by tram. A tram stop is just outside the hotel. I appreciated the excellent breakfast and the complimentary fridgewith drinks. My room was super clean and cozy.
Tissue paper was not refilled upon my arrival and the shower drain was a bit clogged. I reported these issues to the reception, however, they were not resolved .

Breakfast provided a good selection, with sufficient variety to satisfy different tastes. Several choices were available. The dining area had ample seating, avoiding crowding during peak hours. I also observed fresh fruit and pastries available daily.

i adored the espresso machine in my room, it granted me perfect morning coffees. the provided lavazza was a pure delight and a simple pleasure that elevated my mornings.
the check-in process felt a little disorganized, maybe more clear communication is needed.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the location is near two tram lines, one goes to the train station. a supermarket and many eating locations are nearby. the breakfast included many choices and tasted good.
