the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the central lounge area had a coffee machine i used each morning. the room was clean, a definite plus.
soundproofing could be better, i could hear some noise from nearby.

the hotel was close to the city center and various attractions i visited free coffee and tea were available in the room and lobby. i obtained two keycards and staff stored my luggage after checkout a convenient service. the staff were quite helpful throughout my stay
the room lacked a proper window only having a small skylight i found this disappointing i also noticed noise from a nearby nightclub it affected my sleep

I appreciated the close proximity to the city center and its various attractions. The staff provided excellent service. They gave us two keycards and stored our luggage for several hours on our departure day. Complimentary tea and coffee were available both in the room and in the hotel lobby, I found that to be a great bonus.
I could hear the loud bass from a nearby nightclub at times. It impacted sleep slightly despite being in a canal-view room at the front of the building.

The location allowed easy walking access to many attractions. I found the room a clean space to relax in after exploring. They offered to store luggage before check-in, allowing immediate city exploration.
I heard loud thumping music through the night, disrupting sleep. This was unfortunate since the rest of the experience was positive.

the staff was friendly. my room had a safe and a kettle. the location was very central (everything was close).
the room had no natural light, only a small skylight. i could hear loud music and bass vibrations from a nearby nightclub (it was open quite late). earplugs were available, but they did not solve the noise issue.

The staff was helpful. My room was very clean and modern. I really appreciated that the location was close to restaurants and central attractions.
The room I had did not have an exterior window. It only had a small skylight. This wasn't a deal breaker but future guests should note this.

The location is excellent for accessing trams and restaurants. The hotel is situated very close to the main canal. I enjoyed being near Rembrandtplein but also not directly in the middle of heavy tourist areas.
