The location is a BIG advantage, close to the station. The staff WERE helpful and very friendly at all times.
The room i stayed in felt small for two guests. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially early in the morning, despite the closed windows.

the carpet in the hallways looked WORN. the shower caused water to spill all over the bathroom floor, not nice. the mattress felt only 5cm THICK.

the location proved very handy. i found it close to the station and other key areas. early check-in was available and i could leave my bags after checking out. this convenience made my travel smoother.
during my stay, the hallways showed significant wear, especially the carpets and walls. it detracted slightly from the overall impression.

The location was AMAZING. It was super close to the central station. I could easily access trams for convenient travel around the area. The free coffee and hot chocolate at reception was a DELIGHT!!!

The location is good. It's central. I also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff.
The room was small (I booked a standard double or twin room). I found mold growing in the corner of the room up the walls, quite disgusting. The windows were also filthy. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly after recent decorating (tape residue was still visible).
