The location was amazing. Right in the heart of everything but surprisingly quiet. my room had a fantastic canal view and it felt homey. the hostess, nathalie, was kind and always ready to assist!
The stairs were quite steep. They were typical for buildings there, but still a bit tricky with luggage.

I found several restaurants and supermarkets very close by. This made it easy to grab a quick bite or stock up on snacks. the variety of options within walking distance was really convenient, though the parking was expensive.

the room had excellent amenities including a tassimo machine and coffee pods, which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable, and super tidy. a hairdryer and an iron were available in the room, handy.

Nathalie and her mum were helpful and cute. They really were really good too. they offered to store my luggage even after i checked out, so i could explore more of the city.

the location are amazing. It was close to restaurants and the tram. The room had an amazing view of a canal. the shower was like a spa shower.
the room was very hot. There was no proper ventilation. A fan it's included but was very loud. i could not sleep well because of this.

the location was acceptable , near restaurants and public transport.
i was disappointed by several aspects of my stay , especially the room temperature. it was far too hot , and the included fan was ineffective and noisy. opening the window introduced mosquitoes , due to the net not fully sealing , and significant street noise .

The location was excellent. It was easy to reach main attractions. i also appreciated being close to bus, tram, and metro transport. the canal view from my small double room canal view was quite nice.
my room lacked air conditioning. washcloths were not provided in the bathroom.

the location was central and near transport. the staff was friendly, and they helped with luggage. it was appreciated.
The room was quite small. The stairs are narrow, so carrying luggage was difficult. mosquitos were also an issue.

the staff stored our bags! they delivered them to the room. this happened because we were out exploring all day. the bed was comfortable. the blackout blinds are also a good touch.
the room get a bit dark. it was hard to get ready in it. the staircase was hard to use. it felt a bit scary because it was very steep.
