friendly staffbalcony room
the staff immediately changed my room to one with a balcony when i asked about it upon arrival the staff were very friendly a tram line goes straight to centraal station and it is only a short walk away
the walls between rooms were very thin so i could hear noises next door

The hotel provided fresh towels on a daily basis, which I always appreciate. I also found a kettle inside my room, so I could make tea. The location is close to the park, I enjoyed that.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the hotel is next to a tram stop, made getting around simple. staff at the front desk sold train tickets. the room has a safe, not common in similar priced hotels.
The room was a bit small. It was difficult to store belongings for four people.

the hotel is a short walk from the tram stop. this made travelling into the city center quite easy. i found the staff to be very helpful and polite (they always had a smile). i felt safe as a solo female traveller.
The window did not open wide enough. Ventilation was slightly limited.
