i found the staff very attentive and friendly . the location allowed easy walks to various sites. the hotel offered a safe and walkable environment. i especially appreciated the beautiful decor throughout the hotel (it added to the overall charm).
The shower system was a bit tricky. It took some getting used to.

The rooms design I found very stylish. they were very clean. The hotel location is prime. Its placement allows quick access to the city main spots. The breakfast choice included many tasty options. all selections seemed fresh.

The location was excellent. I found many good cafes and restaurants nearby. It was an easy walk into the main shopping and historical areas (perfect for exploring!). Brian was particularly helpful .
The room was too hot . I could not turn down the air conditioning. It was also noisy outside at night. There was very little sound-proofing, and I was kept awake until 3 AM on most nights.

I found the breakfast to be fresh, with quality produce and great choice. The hotel location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I found this excellent. I felt welcome and I would return.
The room I stayed in felt small. It was not really spacious enough for two people. I also thought there was not enough space in the wardrobe.
