the shower in my room had restricted water flow, a minor inconvenience.

The location is close to the main bus stop. The staff is very helpful. They kept our luggage till check-in time. We got a corner room and the view WAS fantastic. It looked out on the mountains.
The room is very small, and there was hardly enough space for two people to put their luggage. There was only one small blanket, and one bath towel for two people.

the room lacked a kettle i found this quite inconvenient especially in the evenings also the air conditioning was temperamental it made the room uncomfortable at times this needs to be addressed
