i loved how close it was to two underground stations. accessing attractions was very easy, sainsbury's and tesco were super close. cafes and bars were right outside the door and convenient! the staff was great.

The location is unbeatable. I walked to notting hill, portabello market, and queensway tube! i safety was good, even returning late at night. the street view offered lovely views of a courtyard park, a nice extra. many restaurants are nearby. the front desk operates 24 hours.
my room was mostly clean. but i found small stains on the pillowcase, towels, and bedspread, which detracted slightly. someone else's washcloth was in the bathroom, also not ideal. the twin beds were pushed together, revealing an unvacuumed floor when moved.
