The standard double room en suite had a nice layout, it felt spacious. i appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel was. A welcome bag with treats was a sweet touch. the staff's friendliness. They really looked after me.
the walls seemed thin, and noise traveled easily from the room next to mine. the parking felt expensive. i noticed there were no biscuits available, a little disappointing.

I appreciated the modern decor and the high level of cleanliness throughout the premises. The big shower had really good water pressure, and the provided towels were fluffy. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night. I slept well.
The cost of parking was an unexpected additional charge, which I thought should have been included.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Water dispensers offering both regular and lemon water are available in the lobby. This is particularly useful on warmer days and appreciated.

The breakfast service seemed improved, and there was enough food available. The selection was varied, and the quality was quite good, THE breakfast hours were convenient and flexible, allowing ample time to enjoy the offerings.

The room and bathroom were of a good size. The modern design stood out. Plenty of parking was available right in front of the hotel. THIS was convenient. I especially liked the storage space.

the staff was helpful. (i appreciated their quick responses)
The room lacked proper lighting. i had difficulty reading in the evenings because the available lamps were insufficient. also, i found the noise insulation to be poor. i could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This made it difficult to relax.
