The location was fantastic. It sits right next to the train station. It is also near the stadium and city center. The staff was lovely.
The pillows were very thin. They were also quite uncomfortable. The heating took quite a while to warm up the room. I asked for a blanket.

THIS hotel's location proved PERFECT for my plans. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. The room had everything i needed , including tea and coffee facilities, which i REALLY appreciated.
I noticed the floors seemed a little dirty , especially in the hallways.

Alison at reception gave such a warm welcome, i felt instantly at home! the room was super clean, with fresh towels awaiting my arrival. its location, a short walk from the train station and arena, proved convenient. I would love to stay again. proper coffee and tea making facilities were provided, a thoughtful touch i especially appreciated.
The street noise late at night was a little loud. Earplugs might be useful.

Honestly, the noise at night was something else. I could hear EVERYTHING happening outside, and it made SLEEPING difficult. the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The shower pressure was practically nonexistent. It was more of a trickle than a proper shower, less than ideal after a long day.
