the staffs kindness was amazing. front desk service was always available. the breakfast included good varieties and fresh items. the location was convenient and provided quick city access.
the hotels old decor feels a bit outdated. the bed creaked whenever i moved. a refresh would help.

the receptionist was very helpful i couldn't open the stiff window. breakfast was included in the price. there was free fruit in the room. the reception is serviced 24h a day. i appreciated the short walk to triangle west. there are lots of restaurants and takeaways there. i found a sainsbury's and a waitrose nearby.
the room was a little bit old and the furniture looks used.
