convenient location friendly staff poor room broken shower
the location was convenient to both the town and the beach. the staff were helpful and friendly. i especially liked the easy access..
the family room was very poor. i found the room was very overpriced. the shower did not work and the shower gel bottle wasn't replaced.

Excellent Carnival Night at Prime Location
window table prime viewing attentive staff
We ate at the hotel during the Weston Carnival. Our group was given a window table as arranged. It provided prime viewing of the event for dining and the entire evening. The staff, led by Sandi and Johnathon, were attentive and cute, even though the restaurant was fully booked!
I found the food choices at breakfast to be just average. It would be beneficial to have a greater choice of options available!

The hotel offers secure parking, certainly a plus. The bar opposite the hotel, Sass Bar, stays open very late. This hotel creates noise until 2.30am affecting sleep quality!

comfortable beds ample tea coffee supply spacious room breakfast buffet
i found the beds comfortable. there was plenty of tea and coffee provided. the room i stayed in was spacious. the breakfast buffet had many options.
a green ceiling light stayed on all the time, a little distracting.

the hotel is ideally located close to both the beach and shops. the winter gardens are a short distance. free parking is available arriving by car. i appreciated the convenient access.

the hotel features a lovely sized restaurant. there is also an onsite bar. i noticed complimentary christmas decorations displayed outside my room on the balcony, a nice touch and unexpected feature.

a lovely stay, was like home
friendly staff amazing breakfast spacious room
I have stayed here for three nights. the staff was helpful and very friendly. I really appreciate that. the breakfast was amazing!!! it gave me a great start to my day. my room was also very spacious, a nice surprise.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel, but that's okay.

The hotel provided convenient, free parking. My room had ample cupboard space. I also enjoyed the fantastic sea view from my window. I found the location to be quite central.
The hotel seemed a little tired with worn carpets. The paintwork in my room looked dirty. There was no toilet roll holder, nor a towel rail in the bathroom. the desk light was loose, and unfortunately, it was not working.

separate sinks rainfall shower english option
the double room i booked featured two separate sinks the shower had excellent water pressure it also included a rainfall shower head i found this very convenient. breakfast offered a wide selection including both continental and english options i appreciated the choice. the hotel is very close to shops and the beachfront i could easily walk to both.
the corridors to the room were quite narrow

beautiful setting great buffet polite staff
We celebrated our vow renewal here and amber ensured it was perfect. the hotel provided a beautiful setting for our celebration and accommodated many guests. sandy oversaw the food and ensured a great buffet selection with diets catered. the young man running the bar was polite. All guests remained very happy.
the room felt slightly dated, but it was super clean and cozy.

The breakfast buffet presented many options with a lot of choice. It included both hot and cold items. special dietary requirements are well-catered for. Staff addressed every request with care and attention to detail. the breakfast area remained clean and well-organised.

Our room was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed, we slept very well. the bathroom included fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. daily housekeeping kept the room tidy. Everything looked organised.

The front desk offered quick assistance with check-in and any queries. amber was helpful in organising the vow renewal and made sure everything was perfect for us. staff members were polite and professional. They always wore smiles.
