amazing views helpful staff good size great breakfast
The location is superb, offering amazing views during meals. Staff members were all very helpful. The room was a good size. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The hotel has a fine location. It sits in a prime position that gives excellent views over the bay. Sunsets are excellent. The hotel serves as a great base to explore the coast.

There is a useful large seating area available in reception. Guests can use it for wifi after checking out. Plenty of parking is available (which is convenient).

The dining room offers staggering views that anyone could wish for. The breakfast is buffet-style. It offers plenty of choice. The evening meal was also excellent.

The staff were lovely. They proved very helpful . I could sit in the upstairs bar with a glass of wine after the restaurant closed. They met any special requests.

My room was spotlessly clean. The power shower in the bathroom was very welcome. Rooms are a decent size and well presented. The bed was large and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. i had a large, comfy double bed. That was nice. breakfast included a good selection of choices.
The hotel looks a little tired. It could use some updating.

the breakfast had plenty of freshly cooked items (i especially loved the porridge!). the staff were very polite and accommodating to all my requests.
the rooms feel a little bit dark, i think it could do with a small makeover.

noisy heating pipes uncleaned room
the views from the restaurant met my expectations, it was nice.
i was really disappointed that my room wasnt cleaned during my two-night stay, and the heating pipes made so much noise. for the price i payed, i did expect better service and quiet.

the room was spacious. the location was excellent (i could easily visit chesil cove). the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
