Fantastic Staff and Great Breakfast!

The staff were super accommodating. They quickly switched our room to a newer one on the ground floor when we asked.. They even added an extra heater! The breakfast offered a great choice including cereals, fruit, and yogurts. It's a varied breakfast. The cooked breakfast was great value when pre-booked.

the location was indeed convenient to the town center a definite plus point.

the room felt quite dated i must say the water pressure in the shower was barely there i had trouble getting any kind of decent wash the decor was like stepping back into the 1980s i noticed worn spots on the carpet a general sense of needing a refresh. the restaurant menu seemed limited the food was somewhat overpriced for the quality received.

The room i had was spacious and included both a king bed and a single bed. checking in was simple. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the hotel offers ample parking.

I observed some plaster coming away above some corridors. This seemed due to damp damage, so a bit of refurbishing is necessary.

the staff were cute and always were pretty good too assist me . i appreciated their attention to detail and their readiness to help with any requests i had. this level of dedication was very noticeable.

The restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing. The starter i had was burnt, and the portion was minimal.
