The room was very clean and well equipped. I appreciated having a bath, and it felt very relaxing after a long day. The hotel's location was quite good for accessing different areas.

The room was a bit small. There was barely any space for my luggage. The check-in staff did not greet me when I approached the reception desk.

The location was great! it was very central, so it was easy to get around. the rooms and bed were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. the staff were lovely, so kind! i really enjoyed my stay and i would book again.

I asked the front reception for restaurant suggestions. they told me to just walk around ginza until i found something. That was not helpful. i also asked if they could book a taxi. this was the worst service i experienced out of all the hotels i stayed at.
