The location was convenient, steps away from ginza. higashi-ginza station is close. It has a direct metro line to both airports. the staff was courteous. They had a good command of english.
The room felt quite small, more compact than the pictures showed. the bathroom was not as nice as other locations of the same hotel. the room felt a bit cramped. It was only me.

The Ginza location was perfect. I easily walked to many restaurants and stores. Vending machines provided easy access to drinks, while washing machines added extra convenience. I found the complimentary amenities at reception really useful.
The room felt just a little smaller than the photos showed. Organizing luggage required some creativity.

The hotel's location was excellent. I was just a short walk from the Ginza station. Stores and restaurants were very close. I appreciated the proximity to a Lawson's convenience store right on the corner for any quick needs.
The room felt small. It was tricky to manage luggage in the limited space. The bedding included two tiny pillows, and I found them very uncomfortable. I woke up very hot each morning, no matter how I adjusted the air conditioning unit.

The hotel had a vending machine stocked with beer and sodas. I found a washer and dryer combination on-site. It was very useful for longer stays. An ice machine was also available, a great plus for travellers.

The hotel is near major metro lines. It provided easy access to different parts of the city. Many shops were nearby. I could walk to different attractions and restaurants easily.

A nice breakfast WAS available. There were good restaurants connected to the hotel. Some other options were available on the same block, so you will not get hungry, I promise!

The shower was nice. It provided warm water with good pressure. Amenities were diverse and free to use. The hotel has coin laundry, too, really convenient for longer stays like mine.

the room was much smaller than expected. navigating the space with luggage was difficult. also, the lack of an available hdmi input on the tv was disappointing, it limited entertainment options.
