excellent ginza stay!
convenient locationhandy martcomfortable pajamas
The location is amazing. i loved being so close to shopping and dining. the family mart in the lower level was unbelievably convenient for late-night snacks and quick necessities. It. the hotel even provided pajamas!
the bathroom was a bit dated.

i appreciated the many nearby eateries around the accommodation. this provided diverse dining options. a short walk gets you to ginza's main shopping street for even more choices. breakfast was also sufficient.

I loved how convenient the location was, steps away from the train station and the bustling shopping area (it made exploring so easy!). the room impressed me with its soundproofing. I could completely relax without any disturbances from outside. having a family mart right there was perfect. I could quickly grab snacks and drinks anytime.
I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't provide bottled water in the rooms. It would have been a nice touch.

this hotel boasts an excellent spot with numerous stations within easy walking distance, and you're right in the vibrant heart of the shopping district. a direct train from the airport is a great advantage. the proximity to ginza six is a notable highlight too.

I really appreciated the 24-hour reception. The staff were always ready to assist. there are also various free amenities available . coin laundry facilities are available on site.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness, especially with luggage forwarding. i provided my next hotel's details (in osaka) and the check-in date. the staff handled everything. Calling the hotel and completing the forms for the transport service.

the hotel have a family mart on the first floor. this was great because i could grab snacks whenever i wanted. staff was friendly to me . breakfast wasn't the best but ok. i am grateful for it.
the air conditioning wasn't working well. it made a lot of noise and didn't cool the room. there were also stain on the wall. i did not enjoy that part of my stay.
