the room felt quite cramped it was hard for two people to move around freely i found the carpet needed a better vacuuming there was visible dust and some crumbs i didn't expect such limited space or cleanliness issues the bed sheets also didn't feel freshly changed which was disappointing.

the location is convenient. it is very close to ueno park. the staff was courteous. the position was excellent.
the breakfast was not worth the money. i found only two items for selection in a small café. the café was overloaded and could not match the number of people.

small room, disappointing service
poor servicemultiple lies
I was quite disappointed by the staff and service. after checking out, i realized that i might have left my wallet in the room, so i asked the reception if they found it. they assured me many times that nothing was left in our room. after going through all my stuff, i demanded to check the room myself. this was when the staff finally told me they found the wallet. they said they were sorry but couldn't explain why they lied to me so many times. It was odd.
