convenient locationrelaxing onsenperfect facility
The location is near the train station. This made traveling to and from the airport easy. The hotel features an onsen on the 15th floor providing a relaxing end to the day. I found the facility to be perfect since they offer everything I needed.
The room was very small making it a tight fit for two people with luggage

excellent location near ueno station
excellent locationeasy accessfresh sheetstechnical issues
I found the location excellent. It's very close to both ueno and keisei stations. the proximity made access to attractions quite easy. nearby lines like the ginza and hibiya lines gave us many options for exploring. ameyoko market is near. I enjoyed the tasty local food there. fresh sheets every 3 nights is an amazing touch.
the self check-in kiosks were overly complicated. i constantly encountered technical issues. it took a half hour just to check our bags. it would be more efficient if staff handled check-in directly.

The room featured a compact layout with good amenities, though space was a bit tight. The bathroom included all necessary accessories such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. the room had plenty of places to hang clothes too.

The hotel offered japanese breakfast only. however, there are many other options close to the hotel. I also ate at conbinis. i found that convenient.

I found the location convenient, being so close to ueno station. i could easily access many transport options. it was easy to leave my bags at the hotel before i checked in and after i checked out. the staff was friendly. Their helpfulness. the hotel also has a public bath on the 15th floor. It was so relaxing after shopping and hiking.
the room lacked some shelves for storage space. it was not a big issue, but a few shelves would have been useful.

there is a convenience store only two minutes away. a restaurant downstairs stays open late, so convenient. please note it is closed on sundays though.

the room includes many electrical sockets and switches located along the bedside. the room provides separate high-speed wifi. i was able to stream shows without any buffering.
