Great location and super clean rooms
friendly staffclean room
The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean (I appreciate that housekeeping came each day). The hotel's location is good. A short train ride brings you to key attractions.

The location was super convenient. I easily walked to many restaurants and convenience stores. the staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help with directions. my room had a great view, especially from the eighth floor, which i loved!!!
the air conditioning only had a heating mode, so it got a little too warm at night. i had to open the window to cool down.

the hotel is near yotsuya station and shinjuku, about a 15-minute walk. there are charming alleyways and various restaurants close to the hotel. a subway station is also within a five-minute walk.

the restaurant connected to the hotel served great food. breakfast had many good options. nearby, many restaurants are available with local flavors. i found coffee shops also to be very close.

the staff members were polite and respectful at reception. they helped me with check-in, even though i don't speak japanese. the staff also tried to help with any questions that i had.

my room was well designed. it was a twin room and the size was adequate. i had a sofa in the room which was useful. it had a comfortable bed, though perhaps on the smaller side.

The staff helped me order a taxi, it was so kind. a laundry room on the second floor was very convenient. the pajamas provided were delightfully comfortable. i also appreciated the fridge. It kept my water wonderfully chilled.

dimly lit hallwaysold hotel
I found the lack of daily room cleaning a bit off-putting. they only changed the bed sheets every three days. Otherwise, they just took out the trash and swapped the towels. also? the hallways were dimly lit, giving the place a slightly spooky vibe, especially when i had to visit friends on different floors at night. it. plus, the hotel seemed a bit old. !!

This hotel had such a convenient location close to the station. Rates are manageable, what a relief! Our room wasn't huge however it was a good size. Rooms are very clean, what a delight.
The hallway felt a bit dark, I must say. That's the only thing that bothered me.
