I liked the complimentary water bottles available in the lobby. extra toiletries were available. the subway was easy to access from this location. I could reach main areas fast. breakfast offered a good variety of japanese and western options . I found something i liked.

Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They said it was from a smoking room right below us. we had to switch, annoying. they plan to be smoke-free in june 2025, so good luck to anyone staying before then.

The reception staff were very efficient. They were supportive when they helped us. Check-in was smooth. The hotel provides complimentary water and it was MEANINGFUL for our stay. The breakfast had a VARIETY of choices with chocolate pancakes and fish.
The room, while clean, felt somewhat TINY. It barely fit me. my bags. I found it a bit restrictive.
