convenient STAY NEAR O2 academy
central location comfortable bed convenient parking
the location IS fantastic, really close to the O2 academy. the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the availability of car parking for £8 during my one-night stay. it was a SHORT walk to pubs and restaurants NEARBY.
the room felt basic , with limited space to move around comfortably. THE bathroom lacked privacy. the shower cubicle had a translucent door that opened directly into the room.

always ready with a smile and quick assistance. the location was perfect for exploring , near the academy and many nice places to eat. i especially liked the continental breakfast , simple but very satisfying. the efficient check-in.
the room could have benefited from tea making facilities.

The staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. I certainly appreciated that. the location worked well for accessing city center spots. the breakfast offered a good continental selection! there were many different items to eat, and i found something i liked.
i had a slight issue with the air unit in my room, as it was quite noisy and didn't seem to cool the room effectively.

central location great value useful service separate shower
The location was excellent for accessing new street station. It was a short walk. i found great value for my money, especially considering the central location. the option to store luggage before check-in was very useful. I appreciated this service. my room was clean, and i liked having a separate shower and toilet.
the water cookers weren't working downstairs, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel offers secure parking, very useful. the location is central, a real plus for exploring. my room had decent space and basic facilities. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The soundproofing could be improved. I did hear some noise from the corridor.
