The location was convenient! the train station was just a minute away. Taking one train from the airport to asakusabashi station was so easy. plus, plenty of dining options and convenience stores are just steps away! i appreciated the slightly bigger room and bathroom. It's more space than other hotels.
The bed was quite firm though. But it wasn't unusual during my trip throughout the country. One pillow came with the room that was quite hard to sleep on!

The staff are helpful and nice, despite some automated features! they have many storage spaces where you can set the locks. Assistance is available if the storage is full some days.

the hotel is steps from the train station. plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are also very close. i appreciated the functional bathroom and its new look.
I didn't like the pillows. they were unpleasant. at night, there was a food smell that lasted for hours. It was horrible.

a FANTASTIC indian restaurant exists on the bottom floor. it had a great variety affordable buffet breakfast. the chefs were very friendly and helpful during breakfast service.

The location was acceptable.
I thought the robot reception was more gimmick than helpful. When I needed assistance, I had to use a phone, and the staff did not speak English well. the room was small and cleanliness was not the best. I found dust in several places.
