I found the hotel's location to be convenient, particularly with Higashi-Ginza Station so close. The proximity to the Ginza shopping area made it easy for quick outings. I also appreciated the convenience store located just around the corner from the hotel. The provision of complimentary coffee, yokan, and cookies added a welcome touch.

The room was a bit small. It was difficult to fully open two suitcases at once.

The staff were very helpful and polite. its location near the ginza metro line made getting around the city easy. Haneda airport was also accessible.

i found that there was no complimentary tea service provided in the rooms.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to many subway stations. I found a cheap massage place just two blocks away (it was a great find!). The room contained everything I needed.

the room felt quite cramped, it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably. the bathroom was notably small, with limited space and basic fixtures. the lack of proper ventilation in the room, i really did not appreciate that.
