a haven of art and calm

i found such kindness in every corner, the staff seemed to anticipate needs before i even voiced them. the art adorning the walls was like a whispered poem, each piece spoke softly to my soul. the building reminded me of a sanctuary, shielded from the city. i felt at peace there.
one tiny thing i noticed, i would have loved a softer glow from the bedside lamps, because the reading light felt a little harsh on the eyes before sleep.

the lounge area on level bf had comfortable seating. there was a spacious kitchen with modern appliances for guest use. coin operated washing machines were also available in the bf level lounge.

the breakfast options were good with vegan, vegetarian, and meat choices. the front desk staff had great english and were helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. i found it useful to store my luggage on the last day. i could have my luggage delivered there in advance too.
the nearest train station is a 10 minute walk, which wasn't so convenient.

i loved the quiet residential location, just a short walk from asakusa! a convenience store and bakery were super close. i felt safe walking around at night. the basement had plates and a microwave, allowing me to heat up food!

The breakfast was horrible and overpriced. the cafe staff was rude and they didn't allow us to eat it in the cafe at 9:30am. the drinks are subpar. What a waste of money.
