great location with clean rooms!
quiet oasis cute hotel tidy room
i loved that this place is tucked away in shinjuku. the location feels like a quiet oasis. it's super walkable plus there is a cute coffee shop near the hotel entrance! the rooms were very clean and tidy!
the photos online felt misleading. the price seemed really high for the value i received!

train stations free umbrellas coin laundry
This accommodation is near two train stations and many shops. Free umbrellas was available and the cafe is just at the entrance. My room had a mini fridge. I like the microwave, drink machine and coin laundry are on the second floor.
The room was tiny and difficult when two people was navigating with luggages.

convenient commuting friendly staff
i was charmed by how close the hotel was to the yamanote line. the staff was also friendly, this made commuting simple and nice.
The shower design was a little odd. The shower head only pointed towards the wall

limited natural light annoying fan
The room felt cramped even for one person. I would not recommend a "Single Room" for two people. My room faced a wall, so natural light was limited. The constant sound of the bathroom fan was annoying. Reporting it to reception didn't resolve the issue. I expected more from this stay.

Convenient stay near Shinjuku
The hotel boasts a very convenient location. It is just off the main roads. Staff were helpful, especially when I inquired about travel cards. The little cafe on-site was cute. It offered restaurant and bar services.
