worn hallway additional parking cost
the breakfast was quite good and had a decent variety of options.
the hallways looked quite worn and a bit dirty. the room carpet had some noticeable stains in several spots, disappointing. i also didn't like the extra charge for overnight parking.

The room had a fridge. It was great. i also found the central location to be convenient!!! the staff were helpful and friendly, i was very happy.
The lift was slow, very slow. the cold tap wasn't cold. It was lukewarm! the room phone didn't work, i couldn't call reception.

decent stay
tea coffee food selection friendly staff low pressure water twin beds needed refurb
i had a room with tea and coffee provided. the breakfast had a selection of food. the staff were great, they answered questions and helped us out.
the shower water pressure was not good, it was a dribble, not a shower. i did not complain because i was in a quiet room with twin beds. i think a refurb would be good.
