The check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly. The location is very convenient for the train station. The room was clean, though basic. The shower had a powerful stream. A staff member provided bottled water and pop upon check-out, this saved me from visiting a shop.
There were some flies in the room, unexpected in February.

Staff were very cute and accommodating to my needs, providing great support . I noticed one staff member even helped guests with limited mobility, and this was very appreciated. the service was excellent.

I found the included breakfast to be delicious with many options! The staff impressed me because they were friendly. The room was super clean and cozy. I enjoyed parking nearby and it was included, super convenient.
The bathroom was a bit small, making it slightly difficult to move around.

The check-in process was efficient with friendly staff. The location proved very convenient, near the train station. The shower had strong water pressure which I appreciated. I also found complimentary bottled water and soda to be a nice touch.

the free parking was very convenient. i found it just across the road. the staff were helpful when i needed information. i also appreciated the proximity to the train station and piece hall.
the stair carpet felt loose. it posed a small tripping hazard when carrying luggage. a better maintenance routine would address this.
