the location proved convenient (especially for train access). i found the staff friendly and always willing to assist with my needs. the room design was very stylish, with nice quirky touches. the tv included pre-installed apps, providing easy access to entertainment.
i noticed a slight delay upon arrival as the reception wasn't immediately attended, i had to wait a few minutes before assistance was available.

the hotel features a drinks area on the first floor, a thoughtful addition. the provision of earbuds in the room was a nice touch, acknowledging proximity to the train lines. they also offered water and crisps at a very reasonable price.

i found the room very comfy and tidy. the hotel clearly informs guests about potential street noise, helping manage expectations. a/c was working well and kept the temperature pleasant. the bed was comfortable.

the staff demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout my stay. the check-in process was straightforward and efficient. they also were very helpful in accommodating my request to drop off bags before the official check-in time.

The location was central, near the railway station.. I had convenient access to transportation. The room featured a massive shower. It provided an invigorating experience. The comfortable bed ensured restful sleep. The hotel offered a vending machine in the reception area. It added convenience.

The room was perfect! We stayed in the Sister Act Double Room. The room had high-quality towels. The large shower worked excellently. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and very professional.
There were a few issues that bothered me. The club downstairs kept me up until 4 AM. I could hear the bass literally all night. They did give ear plugs. Those ear plugs did not make a difference.
