Convenient Stay NEAR Alexanderplatz
convenient location short walk nice perk room cleaning
I found the location convenient. Alexanderplatz station is a short walk. The proximity to transportation made exploring the city EASY. I liked the availability of breakfast. Opting out of room cleaning allowed a credit to use for drinks. It was a nice perk.
The room felt a bit basic. It lacked expected amenities.

BREAKFAST included a good variety of food, exceeding expectations for a three-star hotel. The breakfast service extends until 11 am, so there is no need to wake up early. i noticed a restaurant with good dinner options too.

great location helpful staff wide choice unsupportive pillows insufficient curtains ineffective air conditioning
the location proved quite convenient. it was easy to access transportation. the staff offered assistance when i required it. the breakfast had a lot of options.
The pillows were not very supportive. They flattened quickly. the curtains did not block enough light, made the room quite bright. the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room effectively.

thin pillows insufficient soundproofing
I encountered a few problems. the provided pillows were thin. This impacted my sleep quality negatively. also, i found the soundproofing insufficient. street noise was quite noticeable, particularly early in the morning. i think some improvements here would really help future guests.

convenient location modern aesthetic great breakfast cute staff
the location was convenient, especially with the nearby train station. the modern aesthetic of the hotel impressed me greatly! the breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices! i found the staff cute and they quickly addressed every request.
The bathroom could have been stocked with more shampoo. I only found hand soap available, a slight inconvenience.

The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, specifically the front desk. They handled requests quickly. service was efficient. the team ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process, really making me feel welcomed.

the hotel offers quick access to the main train station, awesome for easy travel. alexanderplatz is easily reachable on foot. the general area around the hotel safe area, even late at night.

great location clean hotel polite staff
i appreciated the amazing location. it was near public transport and shops. the hotel looked clean. it provided everything for my short stay. the staff were polite, , made me really glad.
