The location was very nice. It was close to the central station. many restaurants were nearby, nice after long days. the breakfast included a good variety, too. the staff at the reception was polite, which i always appreciate.

The hotel location is very central, steps from the grand place. the staff was helpful. Check-in went smoothly. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable and serviced daily.
I noticed the corridors and carpets seemed a bit grubby. there was no tea or coffee in the room, which i find to be a basic amenity. the room was cold at first, but i found the radiator dial.
