i found space quite generous in my room, it easily accommodated my belongings. the staff were very helpful with directions, they made navigation of the area simple. complimentary early check-in was a nice surprise, i benefited from that . breakfast offered great variety, i enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

The location is near an underground station. Travelling around the city was easy. walking distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, very practical. several bars and restaurants surround the hotel.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was awesome and a great deal. The location is nice, quiet, out of a noisy touristy area but close enough to walk to sights within 10-20 minutes. I found it easy to reach attractions.
The carpet had stains. You could not tell what they were. It was unacceptable.

the location offered easy access to nearby tram lines the hotel provided a quiet setting with efficient soundproofing i found the staff helpful and courteous the bed was quite comfortable i slept soundly. breakfast offered varied options i appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit i also enjoyed the coffee service. i found a well maintained interior throughout the hotel all spaces were clean and orderly.
the absence of air conditioning in the room was noticed during warmer periods this slightly impacted overall comfort.

The location was quite good. It was a short walk to a tram stop. Many shops and restaurants existed nearby. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, I appreciated that. The room was acceptably clean and reasonably sized.
There was no air conditioning in my small room. This was not ideal. The room faced a balcony that provided direct access to another separate room. This felt unsafe when leaving the window open. I think it's important to note the door uses a physical key, so it can be opened from the outside if not locked from the inside.
