The hotel had a modern design and my room was well decorated.. The bed, including the mattress and pillows, ensured a restful sleep. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly. I appreciated the free coffee machine on each floor, providing convenient access to refreshments.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.

I found a few issues that bothered me. the pillows were too big. I could not get comfortable. also, the noise at night was disruptive. Other guests were loud outside the hotel around 2 a.m. the staff did not manage this situation. the doors weren't soundproof either.

the room looks exactly like in the pictures. the location its nice. public transportation like buses and trams are near. markets and boutiques are easy to find. ac worked great.
the mattresses weren't comfortable. it was so hard. i came back with pains all over my body.

the hotel rooms are clean, and there are spaces for kids to play. i also liked the free coffee and tea. good connections exist!
There was nowhere to put clothes away in the room so i lived out of a case. the pillow and bed weren't very comfortable. That was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly. The check-in was quick and easy. I found the minimalistic decor enjoyable and the charging points were very convenient, I thought. The breakfast had English and continental options I expected from a hotel of this star rating.

the breakfast selection offered many choices it was easy to find something i liked the free coffee machine on each floor was convenient i appreciated the tidy and comfortable room it had lovely shower facilities
the gym's air conditioning wasn't working properly making workouts less comfortable
