The hotel staff at the night desk managed our late arrival with real professionalism. The location proved awesome, situated across the road from the metro. Breakfast provided tons of choice and the staff felt super friendly. We found the quirky, old-worldy charm endearing.
The room lacked proper heating. I needed an additional heater on the second day, uncomfortable, given the weather.

The location provides great access. It is only 50 meters from the metro and bus station. 500 meters from the historic center. I found several restaurants with diverse cuisines within a short walk. The shopping area is also conveniently close, just 100 meters away..
The hotel had no lounge. The restaurant was only open for breakfast.

The location is very nice. It's super close to the metro. Breakfast had a great variety of food. The staff were very friendly. Their helpfulness really stood out, and I found the service to be excellent. the hotel is near many stores.
The towels in my room seemed a bit worn. They were clean, but definitely showed signs of wear and tear.
