The room had a beautiful view. The included breakfast was abundant at a bar across the square, I found it very enjoyable. The receptionist was super nice, always ready to help with a smile.
The bathroom lacked space for toiletries.

The location is excellent. One can easily explore nearby shops, trains, and restaurants. Everything is so close I appreciated the short walks. It's a superb spot to experience local attractions.

The breakfast location was superb. Views from my room were excellent (especially at sunrise). Gift shops and museums are located just steps from the hotel.
The decor looked a little tired. It could benefit from some refreshing.

The room overlooked the square. I appreciated the clear instructions for a smooth late evening check-in. Leaving our bags after checkout was convenient, as our return journey was in the evening. I would definitely return for another stay.
The room lacked a curtain on the window. This caused me to wake up very early due to the light.

i found the location to be perfect right in the heart of the city it was easy to explore all the main attractions i loved that breakfast was included and served at a café across the square the staff were friendly and helpful making my stay enjoyable. the room had tea and coffee making facilities it was a great addition i slept well each night because of the quietness even though it overlooked the square
the corridors looked a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment but this did not affect my stay

the receptionist was friendly and helpful he provided wonderful recommendations and even helped with luggage i greatly appreciated the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. the service was amazing

the location was acceptable. it was right in front of the central place.
the carpet was full of stains. the shower also did not work properly. breakfast required a walk in the rain.
