The staff were friendly , which was acceptable.
The room felt more like a time capsule from the 60s than a modern hotel. The old carpet had a distinct odor , which was far from pleasant. It did not justify the price I paid . The room quality did not match the cost.

I enjoyed my stay near grand place, it was fantastic! the location allowed for easy and safe access to the beautiful night views. the staff was quick to assist when i contacted them about a lost item. They found it and sent it back to me quickly! plus, the air conditioning in the family room was a huge bonus, it kept everyone cool and happy!
the equipment felt a little outdated though and could use some updating, the bathroom seemed a bit old.

the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my visit! they quickly helped me with directions and offered suggestions for local attractions. their attentiveness added much value to my time here, and i felt very welcomed.

The family room included spiral stairs which added a unique touch! the air conditioning kept the room very cool and comfortable. the overall cleanliness of the room was very apparent. I appreciated the attention to detail.

the location provided quick access to grand place within minutes. it was also close to central station but on a quiet side street. this made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable!

The location was superb. I walked to major attractions with ease. Staff members were friendly. Virginia remembered my name after the first day. The high ceilings in my spacious room added a touch of elegance.
The street noise at NIGHT was noticeable. Earplugs helped, though.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and a selection of pastries. I also found fresh fruit available each morning. Coffee and tea were self-service with multiple machines to reduce wait times.

location good, but some issues.
outdated bathroomlow water pressure
The bathroom was quite outdated and showed its age. the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. It took ages just to get the shampoo out of my hair. plus, the heating wasn't working properly. it was either too hot or too cold, no in-between. i reported it, but nothing changed.

The location was great. It was close to the central train station and a short walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful (they gave great tips for getting around). I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
My room faced a building site. The noise made it hard to rest during the day (sleep at night was fortunately unaffected). The windows seemed very thin. The breakfast didn't offer a great variety. More vegetables would have been nice.
