convenient locationeasy explorationclose restaurants
the location proved convenient! it was a very short walk from the central train station. the proximity to major attractions made exploring simple. i appreciated that many restaurants were so close to the hotel.
the stairs were a little steep, though staff helped with luggage.

I loved the friendly staff. They were knowledgeable. the location was excellent, i found it easy to walk to central attractions. the super friendly staff ensured i felt welcome, and i found them quite knowledgeable. i also appreciated how close it was to the train station.

The hotel's location was a big plus. It was only a short walk to Grand Place. The staff were friendly. They were helpful during check-in. The free WiFi worked well.
The many stairs were challenging. My bathroom was small. It was difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet. The room lacked a full-length mirror, which I missed.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made sightseeing easy. the staff was very helpful and cute, providing useful recommendations for local attractions. the room was clean, though i noted some minor wear and tear, the bed was comfortable, and i slept well each night.
The stairs were a challenge. i had difficulty carrying my luggage up to the room. This was particularly inconvenient after a long day of travel. the hotel should consider offering assistance with luggage with mobility issues.
