convenient location and helpful staff

the staff was very friendly and helpful with my queries. the hotel is right opposite the subway entrance on the chiyoda line, so it's very convenient (this made getting around easy). the facilities in the room were good and they even arranged luggage forwarding for me to another city using yamato.
the pillows were quite uncomfortable and i experienced some neck soreness after a few nights. i think better pillows could improve the overall sleeping experience (i hope management considers this).

The hotel is right across from the subway station. This made getting around very easy. A convenience store is just under the building. The hot shower was very nice after a long day.

i found the location so convenient the metro station was just across the street. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i could borrow a hair iron which was handy. the amenities were excellent i hardly used anything i had packed from home.
the room was on the smaller side though this is quite typical.

the location was superb. i was literally across the street from akasaka station exit 7. a family mart was conveniently next door. the tv showed when the washer and dryer was in use plus how much time was left.
the bed sheets in my first room had a stain i reported it and was moved. however, the toilet in the new room would sometimes not stop flushing. they did offer another move and the use of the toilet next door.

The location is great. it is just across the road from the akasaka station. Getting around was easy. the staff were lovely and helpful. the hotel was very clean.
The pillows were uncomfortable. i woke up with a sore neck. the air conditioning was quite noisy. I had difficulty sleeping.

The location is fantastic because it is just across from the subway station. the room included free consumables at the lobby. These ranged from toothbrushes to bath salts. the room was also super clean. That really set a high standard for my stay.
the room was quite small, slightly difficult to fully open my suitcase.
