The hotel's proximity to Shibuya Station facilitated effortless commutes. The room provided a relaxing haven after exploration. The staff communicated effectively in English and were always very helpful. I found it convenient that luggage storage was available after checkout.
I found the need to deposit the key at reception upon leaving the hotel to be a minor inconvenience.

wonderful stay near shibuya!

i found the staff very friendly and helpful (they even helped with restaurant bookings). the hotel is super close to shibuya station, yet located on a quiet street, so i slept well. i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily after my long walks.
the room was a bit small, especially with luggage, and i missed having a proper wardrobe. there were only two hangers on a coat hook, so finding space for my clothes was difficult.

Amazingly Convenient Location!

I appreciated the very short walk to Shibuya station. This made navigating so easy. The staff were helpful and gave me a bottle of water each time I returned to the lobby. English was spoken by some staff, reassuring. Luggage transfer was smooth if you arrange it the day before.
The facilities felt a bit outdated overall. I also had to leave my key at the desk every time I left.

the hotel is near shibuya station, easy to visit many places i wanted to see. the staff was kind and helpful when i asked questions. i was able to store my luggage at the hotel after i checked out since my flight was later in the day.
the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and i could not open the windows, so it was a bit warm at times. a small fan was provided but it did not help much during the day.
