good locationunfriendly staffsmall room size
the location was good for accessing both shibuya and harajuku easily.
The staff was NOT friendly. the room size was too small. It was difficult to open our suitcases at the SAME time. it was NOT a pleasant experience overall.

the staff helped me store my luggage since i arrived early my room had ac and a shower bathtub that worked well free ice-cream at the end of the day was a nice perk
the beds were too HARD i woke up sore every morning the area beside the hotel had a homeless encampment it was not a pleasant sight

I appreciated the complimentary ramen offered each evening. It was a SUPER convenient and tasty way to end the day. The onsen provided a relaxing experience with clean and hot water available. Ice cream was also provided as a treat on the second floor. This came as a pleasant surprise after using the spa.
The room i stayed in was somewhat small. Space was limited.
