the staff was helpful and friendly. rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were clean. the hostel rooms were spacious and it did not feel like we were crammed together. food from the in-house bar and restaurant was delicious also.
the room was basic for the price point.

the hotel offers a vegetarian buffet at its restaurant, available from 11:00 for around 1,400 jpy. the staff boys and girls were attentive, and the location is in a quiet area near shibuya. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and i liked that they were reasonably sized.
for me, the lighting in the room had zero control, i could not dim it in the evening for a better ambiance.

This hotel is new and in a great location near shibuya station. It's about a 10-minute walk. the staff was very helpful and spoke english fluently, i got free drink tickets for each night of my visit. there were complimentary toiletries provided, like pajamas, towels, and even an umbrella, super useful. there is a lounge on the top floor with a coffee and water machine, there are many teas available.
the lockers in the room were a bit small. i had some trouble fitting my larger items inside, so keep that in mind if you have bulky luggage

the hotel is near both shibuya station and ebisu station, both stations offer excellent transfer options across the city. the walk to shibuya stream building via shibuya bridge is easy and partially covered for rainy days, this route provides added safety, especially at night.

This ensures a restful place despite the bustling city outside. everything was kept very clean. the eye mask was great for a full nights sleep.

The 7th-floor lounge includes a pool table and complimentary drinks, from 5-6 pm. This lounge is great, the free coffee and tea are a welcome addition. there is also free beer.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. I found the complimentary drink upon arrival a lovely touch and they offered free coffee on the seventh floor (a really nice area, by the way!).
Breakfast had limited options, requiring a 15-minute walk to find alternatives.

There's free beer in the lobby daily from 5 to 6 pm, a good perk. The bar served excellent cocktails. The breakfast options are limited, yet modern with a healthy style.
