decent location, some drawbacks
cramped breakfast arealimited food selection
the room was indeed small, a point i cannot stress enough. even though it had a lg styler, i would have traded it for more walking space. also, the breakfast area felt cramped. finding a seat during peak hours proved difficult and the food selection seemed limited for the price we paid.

I found the self-check-in process seamless. A human staff member offered assistance promptly when i experienced a minor issue. complimentary beverages and snacks were available in the eating area at all times. my room was impeccably clean and the building had all necessities for a solo traveler. ginza was a short distance away.
the pillow provided was quite firm, not to my preference.

the location was convenient near two train stations. the staff was friendly plus the hotel was clean. the robots at reception added a fun element. i appreciated the secure space available to leave baggage.
the bed wasn't very soft. the breakfast area felt cramped with limited tables. i had to take my breakfast to the room which was uncomfortable.

the free light breakfast included pastries teas and coffee. a family mart is also nearby on the corner offering convenient access to snacks and drinks at any time it was useful.

the hotel is close to two subway lines making it easy to reach different parts of the city. tsukiji market is within walking distance including nice restaurants in the area , made dining out simple and convenient.
